Backup Manager Beta is not remembering password in destination

Was not fixed in 1.1.5 for me. Will see what 1.1.7 brings to the table.

I have noticed that with every CWP update, FTP password is lost (alterered) and you must re-enter it and save setting each time.

Last night backup worked fine. Made a connection test this morning but failed (I've re-set password).
It seems that every time backup runs, password is ruined.

Yes I have the same issue as you, after the BU runs and completes the first time it seems to change the default password, meaning we have to manually reset the FTP Destination password every day. using 1.1.7

I can verify the above. Password has to be re-set after backup run.

CWP FTP for backup in v 1.1.8 still does not remember password, also in File Management/ FTP Manager V2/ it loses the password, it seems to be an FTP issue fully accross CWP.

Ah, CWP 1.1.9 remembered my Backup FTP Destination today lets hope it continues.

Yep, that's 2 days in a row for me that BU has worked and password has held

S3 backup still does not work.

1.19 Connection test to FTP successful, backup not working. Not even manually.

1.20 Nothing changed

1.20 now I can't do manual backups! What is so hard about have a working in panel backup system. I think CWP is dead, and I was one (and probably one of the last) to hold hope that they would take this project serious. I'm on the hunt for another control panel.

Odd that 1.1.9 and 1.2.0 the FTP Backup Beta has been working fine for me and keeping my password.
